Anglican Covenant released

The final text of the Anglican Covenant has been released. The Archbishop of Canterbury has heralded it through youtube. See A Covenant for Christmas with all the links to youtube, basic documents including comparing the controversial Section 4, commentary, etc from Will Briggs.
