SERMON OUTLINE – THE WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. BEARS WITNESS TO CHRIST<\/li>\n
  2. BRINGS NEW LIFE TO PEOPLE<\/li>\n
  3. TRANSFORMS BABY CHRISTIANS INTO THE IMAGE OF CHRIST\u00a0<\/li>\n
  4. CALLS CHRISTIANS TO MINISTRY<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Prayer <\/strong>\u2013 \u00a0ROMANS 8 –<\/p>\n

    \u00a0When we cry, \u201cAbba! Father!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

    16<\/sup>it is that very Spirit bearing witness with our spirit that we are children of God<\/strong>, – \u201cAbba! \u00a0\u00a0Romans 8:15, 16<\/p>\n

    \u00a026<\/sup>Likewise the Spirit helps<\/span><\/strong> us in our weakness<\/span>; for we do not know how to pray<\/span> as we ought,<\/p>\n

    but that very Spirit intercedes<\/span><\/strong> with sighs too deep for words<\/span>.<\/p>\n

    27<\/sup>And God, who searches the heart, knows what is the mind of the Spirit,<\/p>\n

    \u00a0because the Spirit intercedes<\/strong> for the saints according to the will of God<\/span>.<\/p>\n

    THE PILGRIMAGE PRAYER<\/p>\n

    \n
    Heavenly Father, your word teaches us that we do not have because we do not ask<\/address>\n
    By your Spirit make us as keen to pray as you are to listen<\/address>\n
    as determined to listen as you have always been to speak<\/address>\n
    that we may be equipped for mission and united as your people,<\/address>\n
    healthy churches transforming our lives and those of all Tasmanians<\/address>\n
    through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen<\/address>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
