Andrew and Pam have just been <a href=\"http:\/\/imaginarydiocese.org\/bishopjohn\/2009\/11\/30\/commissioning-symbols-of-ministry\/\">commissioned <\/a>by CMS \u2013Tas to pastor at All Saints Community Church in Damascus, Syria.<\/p>\n<p>The study seeks to address two questions:\u00a0\u201cHow did we stop making disciples?\u201d &amp; \u201cHow do we start making disciples?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Andrew writes,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The aim of this study is to help you to get a better understanding of the privilege and task of mission which God has entrusted us.<\/p>\n<p>My hope and prayer is that this study will help put mission front and centre of the church\u2019s agenda.<\/p>\n<p>This material is aimed to help Christians in Tasmanian churches to make disciples.<\/p>\n<p>There are three ways to use this material. The <strong>FIRST<\/strong> is to study it in a home group using the questions at the end of each chapter. The <strong>SECOND <\/strong>is to read and keep it for reference or pass it to a friend. The <strong>THIRD<\/strong> is to respond to the \u201cThink about\u201d sections with written answers and thus complete a unit of\u00a0the Tasmanian Certificate of Theology and Ministry.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The study covers a wide range of topics.
