While I am very disappointed that Brad Green will not captain\u00a0the ‘Mighty Demons’ (Melbourne AFL team) I am delighted that despite his personal disapointment he has a\u00a0positive attitude to his role as a team player:<\/p>\n
1. He will\u00a0use the experience and skills he has to support the leadership.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Green said everyone at Melbourne would need to shoulder some of the\u00a0 leadership burden to help\u00a0 Jack Trengove and Jack Grimes\u00a0 deal with the\u00a0 co-captaincy role.<\/p>\n “It’s going to be challenging for them. … so that is where this whole\u00a0 football club has to embrace everyone becoming a leader and embracing these\u00a0 guys, because they are going to need it,” Green said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n 2.
